So today proceeds apace.
I am looking forward to this evening, because the 'rents will be out bowling, and I will have the house to myself.
Also, re: sleeping--I swear I will go to bed (and here's the kicker) FALL ASLEEP at a reasonable hour tonight.
Fucking heartburn.
That is all.

This is getting ridiculous.

Um. Every day.
Usually about eight of them spread out over the day.
I'm getting sick of it.
Prilosec, I thiiiink is the one my mom took before it was OTC, and it is mostly an acid inhibitor, I think, which prevents your stomach from producing acid. I think. Do not quote me. Hmm. I shall look into this rantidine stuff, I think.
Because really, enough is totally enough.

Also sleeping until 8 helps, too.
Yay geese juggling! *votes*
I'm actually having a pretty productive day.
Bossman and I just talked, he's pleased with progress of vinylacetylene stuff, and I've found some articles with the relevant reactivity ratio information, or something close to that, and he suggested a new thing for me to try (which he usually only does when he's feeling like you can handle it, so).
Whee!

Geese: *take exception to this, and fly away*
Aspen: *stares forlornly into the empty blue sky* ... well, that could have gone better.
But huzzah for some sleep, pumpkin spice lattes, and productivity! Even MORE so that work is going so nicely. YAY!

*dares you*
*and tacklehugs on principle*
YAY!
How's you?
From:

... um, maybe not?
*is distracted by tacklehug* OOF. Hi. :)
I'm doing all right! I have tea, winter white Earl Grey - want some?
I'm also outlining three papers. It goes not-badly.

The cousins will not eat you, I promise.
Er.
You know, if you believe I am the kind of person who can MAKE those sorts of promises.
Tea! *craves*
Man, I wish I had tea inna office. Grr.

No tea in the office? Oh no! *shoves some through the internets, posthaste*

Oh, dude, that is priceless. Er. And terrifying, but--par for the course!
*Happysigh at soundtrack CD, just because*
And yes, I know. It is AWFUL. My hot chocolate mix ran out, too, and I am all, like 'ew starbucks'. So.

*clings to soundtrack CD* I cannot tell you how happy that CD makes me. I love it lots. :) It's just such a perfect telling of the story in itself!
No tea AND no cocoa? AGH. This is horrific!
(Inner!Susan would bake cookies right about now, you know.)

*mourns. mourns lots*
Hee yay happymaking! I know. And to think, almost all those songs were pulled from a random culling of whatever I had on my computer.
Fate, indeed.

(Oh, man, I should totally get a move on on rereading canonstuffs. Also pondering how to DO a Destiny-Raven conversation. And why. Hmm.)

Gah. Heartburn. I used to deal with that all the time, to the point where I avoided anything with tomatoes, and anything with citrus. What finally helped cut it down to a once-in-a-blue-moon thing was changing my diet to vegan. (Now, the few times I do get it? Are when I've cheated on said diet.) Changing what you eat for today and tommorrow may cut this attack down- as well as drinking lots of water.
And putting lots of pillows together so you're sleeping half-sitting up helps too. *wry*
*snugz*

I get it even when I have not been eating.
I kind of think when I stressed myself into two weeks of illness in Junior year of college, I might have screwed my digestive tract over.
A lot.
*sad*
Your advice is sound, though. I shall Consider.
Thanks! *hugsback*
