They killed Caliban. I--they KILLED CALIBAN. *headdesk*

Guys. Dude. Your book so did not need to be the one in which more characters die. Really it didn't. Really.

And, yeah, X killed Lady Deathstrike. That make me happy, even if I saw it coming the INSTANT HER HAND POPPED OUT OF JULIAN's CHEST. PREDICTABOO ANYBODY? Still the strategy by which she worked was pretty good, so I'm fairly satisfied with the battle. Logan's motivations for being like 'yeah, go ahead kill her X, I'm busy'--I kind of get it, but I don't know that the book actually achieved what they were going for in making that choice. Still, nice effort.

But.

THEY KILLED CALIBAN. I am cranky.

ARGHHH!! I loved Caliban. I haven't picked up Messiah Complex yet -- I got a bit behind on my comic reading, so I'm in the process of ordering those (I get Uncanny and X-Factor regularly, but the rest I have to order specifically). I used to get X-Men, but then Ramos started drawing it (he's one of those artist people either love or hate, and I fall strongly on the hate side). Anyway, it's nice to see someone else on my flist that reads comics.
