What they're doing with Foreman is interesting, I think. They're examining what a human being would do if he's facing death. Which is the high school way of putting it, but I'm failing at eloquence these days.
I am 'eh' about that. Possibly because I feel they mishandled the lead-up to this issue, particularly in regards to his actions with the article, you know?
It just feels less like organic character growth/exploration and more . . . hey we need a cool finale. Huh. Or something. Contrived, like, with the extra added tension of OMG WE ARE NOT FRIENDS or whatever.
*nods* Which is why I am reserving my opinions about this until I see how it plays out. I don't know, it does come off to me as if they're using gimmicks to grab the audience's attention, and having been the victim of such manipulation on "24" I'm wary of seeing it repeated on other shows.
