Today is Monday. There was a tiny bit of snow. Schools were generally on a 2-hour delay. Stupid Superbowl euphoria.
*eyes boss* Why can HE not be a football afficionado?
Oh, yeah. He's Polish. This explains SO MUCH. *snerks* Except not. Mostly it's the workaholic thing. And the out of the country thing.
Still, I am sitting here at my desk, staring disconsolately at the half of my monthly report that is done, pondering the progress report due on March 2, and the poster due March 9, and the oral exams that are now (did I mention this already?) some time in JUNE, and generally just feeling like a lazy sonofabitch.
Except, you know, I'm a girl. Regardless *waves away these petty details*, I am searching for productivity.
Will this be as profitable as Searching for Bobby Fisher?
The world may never know.
