ETA: And I don't mean because Bush won, or Kerry conceded--I mean the political infighting that swamped the actual issues, the way things are misrepresented by the media on both sides, no straight answers are forthcoming, and, if things go on as they are, regardless of which party is in power, it's going to be brother against brother--the divisions will just be different.
And we, the people, are LETTING IT HAPPEN.
It's enough to drive a madman sane.

This is what we have to work with, so, you know, wallow if you need to, but then get up, get the fuck out there, and agitate for change--in the process, in the media, in the party, in the system, in your neighborhood, in your home--wherever you want it. Live, okay? We're still breathing, which means nothing is over yet.
