It has been a week. A good week, one with some positive changes at work and out, I think.
But still, change is stressful.
So is attempting to regulate the temperature in my apartment without resorting to A/C and heating. Windows open = too cold, windows closed = too hot -- I clearly cannot win. And it makes me sleep less. But I have figured out which windows to open and when in order to optimize my sleeping experience and STOP WAKING UP at 3:30 am.
